Refund & Returns Policy – The Memory Hive

At The Memory Hive, we take great care in creating high-quality stationery and personalised items.

Personalised Items
Due to the custom nature of personalised products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all personalisation details (including spelling, dates, and wording) are correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Non-Personalised Items
For non-personalised products, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
